Welcome to GreenerRoute.com. GreenerRoute.com is a trading name of Bello Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10740764, registered office Station House, Station Approach, East Horsley, Leatherhead, KT24 6QX, United Kingdom (“GreenerRoute”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These are the general terms and conditions governing use of this site and any purchase made through it. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site or place an order.

1. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your personal and payment information during transmission.

3. Payments

Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer where agreed. Card and PayPal transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway operated by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full card details at any time.

4. Terms of sale

If you purchase goods from GreenerRoute.com, you are contracting with Bello Group Limited and not with any third party. Please read these terms carefully — placing an order means you accept them.

Stock availability — items are normally dispatched the same working day if ordered before midday, or the next working day if ordered after midday, Monday to Friday. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by email to set out your options. If your order includes an out-of-stock item, the whole order will be held until that item is available, unless you ask us to send available items separately or refund the unavailable item.
We may suspend the sale of any item (for example if it is out of stock or for site maintenance) without prior notice, and may change prices at any time before you place an order. Prices shown at the time you place your order, inclusive of VAT where applicable, are the prices that apply to that order.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, and a further email confirming dispatch. The dispatch confirmation email represents our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract for those goods.
Refunds are made using the payment method used for the original order.
Promotions and discount codes — we may run discount codes, offers, and promotions from time to time and may end these at any time without notice. A discount code being issued is not a guarantee it will remain valid once any promotional period ends. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to items already discounted or offered as a free promotional item.
Delivery and returns — full details, including your legal right to cancel and your rights if goods are faulty, can be found in our Delivery and Returns Policy. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@greenerroute.com.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, and delivery delays alone do not give a right to cancel or return an order that is otherwise correctly supplied.
Customs and import duties — this does not currently apply, as we only deliver within the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. If this changes, any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the UK will be your responsibility as the importer, and vary by destination country.

5. Cancellation and returns

Full details of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days, and your rights for faulty or damaged goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are set out in our Delivery and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Force majeure

We will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a contract with you where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances we may, by notice to you, suspend or terminate the contract in whole or in part without liability, though this does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Samples

The following terms apply if you request a free sample with your order:

Samples are only available with orders of £10 or more (before delivery charges), and a maximum of two samples per order.
Samples are provided subject to availability. If a sample is unavailable or omitted in error, there is no right to a replacement.
Samples must be requested before payment and cannot be added after an order is placed.
We do not accept returns of samples.
We may temporarily suspend sending samples during busy periods.

8. Competitions

Where GreenerRoute.com runs a competition or prize draw, the following applies unless stated otherwise for a specific competition:

By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and any competition-specific instructions.
It is your responsibility to keep informed of any updates to these rules; failure to comply may lead to disqualification.
Winners are selected at random from valid entries and notified by email or post within 28 days of the closing date. Our decision is final.
Competitions are not open to employees of Bello Group Limited or their immediate family. No cash alternative is offered unless stated. We are not liable if a promotion or prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond our control, and may vary or cancel a promotion in that event.
We accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted for technical reasons outside our control.
Unless stated otherwise, entrants must be 18 or over and UK residents, with no more than one entry per household and no purchase necessary.
Winners have 14 days to accept their prize before we may select an alternative winner.

9. GreenerRoute voucher scheme

Account holders must be 18 or over with a valid email address, and may hold one GreenerRoute account.
You must create an account to participate; we will notify account holders of new vouchers by email.
Vouchers must be activated in your account to be redeemed, are valid only during the month of issue, and can be redeemed once against a qualifying purchase.
We may change, withdraw, or end the scheme at any time at our discretion. This scheme is for personal, consumer use only and may not be used for business purchases.
Vouchers cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
We may decline to issue a voucher, or suspend or close an account, where we reasonably suspect misuse.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

11. Resolving disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at admin@greenerroute.com so we can try to resolve it directly. [CONFIRM: do you want to sign up to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider (e.g. via a trade association) so unresolved consumer disputes can be referred there? If not, this section can simply state that ADR is not something you currently offer, which is permitted, but you must tell a consumer this in writing if a dispute reaches deadlock.]

12. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
