Void Fill
Void fill stops items moving inside a box, so they arrive in one piece. Our paper void fill options are corrugated bottle sleeves, which stretch to fit bottles, jars and glasses from 65mm to 100mm across and up to 300mm tall, and brown kraft paper rolls that you scrunch into the gaps around an item. Both are paper, so customers can usually put them in household paper recycling where it is collected.
Which void fill?
Corrugated bottle sleeves: wine and spirit bottles, candles, jars, glasses and ceramics · 600gsm corrugated paper, stretch to fit 65–100mm diameter, up to 300mm tall (270mm with the base folded), moisture resistant · pack of 25, made in Great Britain
Kraft paper rolls: filling gaps around any item · pure kraft holds its shape best when scrunched
How to use bottle sleeves
Slide the sleeve over the bottle or jar, fold the perforated base to close the end, and pack the sleeved items tightly in a box. The sleeve cushions each item but does not replace the box.
Paper void fill
Scrunched kraft paper fills the space around an item so it cannot move. Pure kraft is the best choice because it holds its shape. Our brown paper rolls include 500mm trade rolls of 215m and 250m sized for packing benches.
