Shipping labels from an office printer

A6 (105 x 148.5mm) is the standard size for most online postage and courier labels, including Royal Mail Click & Drop. Our A6 sheets print on ordinary laser and inkjet printers, so you do not need a thermal printer.

Templates

The 21-up 63.5 x 38.1mm and 24-up 64 x 34mm layouts are standard label templates found in Word and most label software. For round labels, use a circle template with the same number of labels per sheet, for example 24-up 45mm or 12-up 64mm.

Adhesive and printing

Every label has a permanent adhesive; most use an acrylic-based adhesive that holds on paper, card, glass and most plastics. They print on laser, inkjet and copier machines in mono or colour. Our 64 x 34mm labels in the 100-sheet pack can be applied from +3°C and hold from -20°C to +80°C once applied.

Round labels for brands and makers

Print your logo on round labels to seal envelopes, boxes and tissue, or to label jars, tins and candles. The 45mm, 51mm and 64mm sizes cover small seals to large lid labels.

Choosing a pack size

The 25-sheet packs are for trying a layout or occasional use. The 250- and 500-sheet packs give the lowest cost per label for warehouses, shops and makers labelling in volume. Most of our labels are made in the UK. For repeat or larger orders, contact us.

Pair labels with our paper mailing bags and other postal packaging.
