Corrugated Book Mailers
Corrugated book mailers wrap around a book and fold to its depth, protecting corners and spines in the post. Ours are made in the UK from 400gsm corrugated board with a peel-and-seal closure and a rip strip, in four sizes from A5 to large format, and in packs of 10, 25, 50 and 100.

Book mailer or cardboard envelope?
A book mailer is corrugated and wraps around the item, so it adapts to depth and protects corners. An all-board envelope is flat solid board for documents, photos and prints that must stay flat. For books, use a mailer; for certificates and prints, use a cardboard envelope.
Posting books as a Large Letter
Royal Mail Large Letter allows up to 353 x 250 x 25mm and 750g. A slim paperback in the A5+ mailer usually qualifies; most hardbacks and anything over 25mm thick post as a Small Parcel. Weigh and measure the packed mailer, not the book alone.
Bulk and trade

Frequently asked questions
What size book mailer do I need for an A4 book?
234 x 334mm for slim A4 books; the A4+ mailer (209 x 312 x 40mm inside) for thicker ones.
Will an A3 item fit the 278 x 400mm mailer?
No. A3 is 297 x 420mm, which is larger than the mailer.
How does the customer open it?
Pull the rip strip; no scissors needed.
