Where our packaging is made

Our corrugated book mailers and 2-ply paper mailing bags are made in the UK, as are most of our printer labels and our 70mm and 72mm gummed paper tapes. Most of our self-adhesive framers tapes are made in Italy, and our notebooks in France. Each product page states the country of manufacture where we hold it.

How we describe our packaging

We describe products by what can be measured, such as material, paper weight, size, adhesive type and country of manufacture, rather than by broad environmental labels. Paper and cardboard packaging can usually go in household recycling where kerbside collections accept it; check your local council’s guidance. To find out what the common environmental labels on packaging really mean, and which need evidence behind them, read our guide to recycling and composting labels on paper mailers.
