Who we are
This site, greenerroute.com (the “Site”), is operated by Bello Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10740764, registered office Station House, Station Approach, East Horsley, Leatherhead, KT24 6QX, United Kingdom, trading as GreenerRoute (“GreenerRoute”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Personal information we collect
Device information. When you visit the Site we automatically collect information about your browser, IP address, approximate location, and how you interact with pages and products, using cookies, log files, and similar technologies. See “Cookies” below.
Order information. When you place or attempt to place an order, we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment details. We do not store full card numbers ourselves — these are handled directly by our payment providers (see “Who we share your data with”).
Account information. If you create an account, we store your name, email address, order history, and any preferences you set.
Correspondence. If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence, including any personal data you choose to include in it.

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (for example, keeping items in your basket) and — only with your permission — to understand how the Site is used. Who we share your data with
We share personal information with the following categories of third party, only as needed for the purposes described above:
- Payment processors — Stripe and PayPal, to process card and PayPal payments securely. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Delivery couriers — Royal Mail, UPS, and DHL, to deliver your order.
- Our website and store platform — WordPress and WooCommerce, which power this Site.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, to help us understand how customers use the Site. You can opt out at Google’s Analytics opt-out page.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
International transfers
Some of the organisations listed above may store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on legally recognised safeguards, such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or a UK adequacy decision, to ensure your data is protected to a standard equivalent to UK law.
How long we keep your data
- Order and transaction records — retained for 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, to meet our legal obligations under UK tax and accounting law.
- Account information — retained while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you wish to return; you can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to the retention above for any related order records.
- Marketing consent — retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Device/analytics information — retained for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it (right of access);
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information (right to rectification);
- Ask us to delete your information, in some circumstances (right to erasure);
- Ask us to restrict how we use your information, in some circumstances (right to restriction);
- Receive your information in a portable format, or ask us to send it to another organisation (right to data portability);
- Object to us using your information for direct marketing, or (in some cases) for our legitimate interests (right to object);
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent (for example, marketing emails or non-essential cookies).

Children
