A4+  Corrugated Capacity Book Mailers Flute Envelopes – Cardboard Envelopes Features

Our cost-effective A4+ cardboard envelopes are the answer when you want to mail flat items – like books – in a strong protective board backed envelope but need extra depth. Sometimes known as “capacity book mailers”, they can adapt to the thickness of the contents by up to 50mm – perfect for also posting DVDs, artwork, computer games and brochures.

Simply pop the item/s inside and close with the secure peel-and-seal strip. You can label or write directly on the smooth Manilla Kraft finish and there is an easy tear-off opener. A4+ cardboard envelopes are Royal Mail large letter size (up to 25mm thick and 750g). 

All of our mailers have gussets to allow them to act as a small postal box when goods are inserted. Each size complies with Royal Mail PiP guidelines. You can therefore send your items with a clear idea of postage costs. Other features include a tear strip for easy opening and peel strip for secure closure.
